Farmers Market Collections
We are a small business located in Jamul, southern California (outside San Diego) where we have a tiny farm "Rustic Valley Ranch" that provides housing
...and some food...
for Russian and Ukrainian Refugee brothers and sisters who have had to flee their countries.
About Us!
Our business has a few objectives: to help subsidize housing costs for the refugee families who live here, to provide an employment option for Russian or Ukrainian refugees when they first arrive and don’t speak the language well, and to produce high quality all-natural products for any friends who order from us.
We use organic ingredients when practical, we add protein and fiber to most of our food products, and add no artificial chemical dyes or artificial fragrances to any of our wellness products.
There are a few ways to enjoy our products:
Become a monthly subscriber and receive a delivery right to your door!
Reach out to us for larger one-time orders ($250 and up) to make gift packages for bridal or baby shower gifts, pioneer appreciation dinners, pioneer school or convention gifts or any other one time event gifts!
Volunteer for a few hours a month (either in the garden or in our kitchen) and take home a few of your favorite treats.
Bring a group of friends or family to our “Open Ranch” days to taste our healthy treats, see a small tour of our Ranch and meet our Team!

Imagine going to a farmers market and coming home with a collection of treats - and now imagine that you don't even have to leave home to get that collection! Your delivered monthly collection will include...
We'll be honest - these days most of our product is shared with the Russian and Ukrainian brothers and sisters living here at our Ranch - or nearby. But when we have enough to share - your collection will include organically grown fresh in-season produce like citrus fruits, fresh leafy greens, and flavorful tomatoes, cucumbers, squash and herbs.
Baking is my favorite thing to do...well...ok maybe eating baked goods is my favorite thing to do...
Each collection will include a fresh baked treat like cinnamon spice cake, chocolate chip oatmeal cookies, tangy lemon bars, or yummy apple crisp. We also have gluten free options (although our kitchen is not exclusively gluten free.)
Growing up, my mom always had home made biscuit mix ready to whip up if the service group dropped by for a coffee break; and pancake mix for our family Saturday morning breakfast.
Mixes save time and make home cooking so much more attainable - but most store bought mixes are filled with preservatives you can't pronounce.
Ours are made with mostly organic ingredients and we sneak in all sorts of healthier tidbits (almond flour, ground flax seed and oat bran) anytime we can - without sacrificing flavor.
The most popular mixes?
Orange snacking cake (made with zest from Ranch-Grown oranges) and a hearty oatmeal cookie mix (based on a recipe from an Awake! magazine from the 70's.
Finally, each collection has a few wellness products options...Lip gloss made from all natural oils and colored with dried hibiscus or beet powder; soaps made the old fashioned way with olive oil, candles scented only with essential oils, lovely magnesium bath salt 'tea bags' for long satisfying soaks, nourishing lotion bars that moisturize your skin without chemical additives, and more.
